We also do adult immunizations and offer convenient packaging for medications with color coded cards available. Whether you need prescription medications filled or are looking for natural herbs and supplements, we have everything you need in stock. Additionally we are a Chamber of Commerce member and provide medical services to Chillicothe, OH and the surrounding areas.

Meet Our Team
Ronald Henderson, R.Ph
Ron received his pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University. In 1986 he opened his pharmacy under The Medicine Shoppe franchise. In 2005 the pharmacy went independent and the name was changed to Henderson Pharmacy Services, Inc. We provide specialty services for customers in our area that many places do not offer. From nutritional replacements, custom compounding to specialty wound care supplies we try to help meet the needs of our customers. Proudly serving the Chillicothe area for over 30 years as an independent pharmacy owner.
Heather Sowers, R.Ph.
Heather is a lifelong Clarksburg resident. She graduated from Adena High School and received her pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University. She is married with three children. When she is not at the pharmacy, she is heading to a sporting event that her kids are in or volunteering at Adena schools. She has been a community pharmacist for 17 years.
Dr. Chelsea Bruning, PharmD
Chelsea Bruning received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and has been a proud employee of Henderson Pharmacy since graduation. She also owns and operates Wheatberry Books in downtown Chillicothe. Chelsea resides just outside of Chillicothe with her husband and three children.
John Brauner, R.Ph.
I came from a family of Ohio State buckeyes! I graduated from pharmacy school in 1978. My father, mother, four sisters and three of my children will also be Ohio State graduates. Pharmacy is "in my blood". My grandfather, mother, father and daughter are all pharmacists. I like to stay busy around the house and yard when I am not working. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy concerts and games. I make sure to support all the Ohio teams especially the Cleveland Browns which I have cheered on for over 50 years. One odd thing about me is that I love to go to the zoo! I have been practicing pharmacy for over 40 years, with the last 15 years at Andersons's Drugstore in Chillicothe. I have always enjoyed getting to know my patients and doing my best to help them. I am excited to have the opportunity to join the staff at Henderson Pharmacy and I look forward to seeing you in the store.
Stephen Kingery, RPh
A graduate of The Ohio State University of Pharmacy with background in pharmacy infusion and compounding with over 30 years of retail experience. Ohio native residing in Chillicothe with wife Lisa.
